issued an air quality alert due to forecasted blowing dust and sand
in the Nipomo Mesa area. This air quality alert is in effect until 7
PM PDT this evening... Wednesday... September 20 and again on
Thursday... September 21 from 8 am to 7 PM PDT.
Exposure to particle pollution can cause serious health problems...
aggravate lung disease... cause asthma attacks and acute bronchitis...
and increase risk of respiratory infections.
