... More low elevation snow for the mountains of northern
California on Monday...
Another cold weather system from the Gulf of Alaska will work its
way into the area on Monday.
A swath of 4 to 8 inches of snow is expected over the Sierra
Nevada with isolated amounts around a foot over the highest
The snow level will dip down into the Sierra Nevada foothills
where a couple of inches of snow is possible down to around 2000
to 2500 feet.
Snowfall amounts up to 4 inches are expected over the Shasta
County mountains and coastal range.
The snow will end later Monday night.
Be prepared for winter driving conditions and travel delays in the
mountains on Monday.
